TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® introduces 5th annual Career Move Month

Written by Chelsea Grzegorczyk

CMM logoMarch is right around the corner, and for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, that means Career Move Month, our annual event to ramp up hiring efforts ahead of the busy summer months. The official start date is March 1, and locations across the country will soon be reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and bringing in new hires to join the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family. New team members will experience job shadowing and robust training in preparation to live out our core purpose of moving people forward this summer and beyond.

Our goal for Career Move Month 2017 is to receive 12,000 applications and to hire 1,200 new team members. This year’s theme is “ramp up”, and is designed to kick-start recruiting efforts, which will grow heading into the spring and summer. A range of openings are available nationwide and in various functional areas of the business. Our focus is providing long-term career opportunities, but we have openings for part-time and seasonal employment as well.

“We’re ecstatic to kick off Career Move Month and start hiring new team members,” said TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Human Resources Director Sara Bennett. “We are looking for hard-working, dedicated individuals to support our loyal customers and push our company to become better each day. Career Move Month 2016 allowed us to hire 1,012 new team members, and we can’t wait to offer even more opportunities this year!”
