March not only marks the beginning of spring, but the start of many careers with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Through our annual Career Move Month initiative, we will ramp up hiring efforts to fill 1,000 openings nationwide. These team members will perform crucial frontline, management, and support functions at our 330 locations across the country to help locations gear up and get through the busy moving season ahead.
“Career Move Month is a nationwide campaign to introduce the many opportunities that exist in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system, but we never stop hiring,” said TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Human Resources Director Sara Bennett. “We will hire more than 9,000 employees in 2016 and are always looking for people who want to move forward with us!”
The theme for Career Move Month 2016 is “boxes to briefcases” as a nod to the career growth accessible within our system. Many think of moving as “just a summer job”, but TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® cultivates leaders from within. In fact, 75 percent of our current managers began in frontline roles.
Our goal for March is to receive 10,000 applications and select 1,000 new hires to join our teams nationwide. We offer career opportunities for those with all levels of education and experience. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill.
